Zakynthos - a very good place for holiday

Porto Roxi is a well known place on the west cliff coast of Zakynthos, designed mainly for swimming and jumping into the water. Big parking which is an end to road leading to Porto Roxi is located by the tavern (free sunbeds, toilet). This is a favorite place for young people - there is a special wooden tower designed for jumping into the water - several meters tall tower above the beautiful deep water - jumping there is safe, though standing on the tower - it seems... That it's very high :-)

The bay is narrow - you can easily swim from one side to another, but You will meet there only a vertical rock cliff. The water is amazingly pure, tens of meters deep just by the rocks and relatively calm in comparison to the neighbouring Porto Limnionas.
